Kyle Matthew was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Kyle caught the "acting bug” in the 8th grade after receiving the best actor award on Shakespeare Day at Greenhill School, which he attended for 13 years. As a senior in high school, Kyle co-directed, co-wrote and starred in a short film which premiered at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival in Austin, TX.
Kyle currently resides in Los Angeles. He earned a B.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in acting from the University of Southern California's (USC) School of Dramatic Arts. One of Kyle’s projects, a comedic YouTube short entitled "Lip-Sync Break-Up” — that he wrote, produced, and starred in — has over 75,000 views.
